Documentation and Certification
Preparation of design documentation (reports, technical papers, development&verification plans, presentations, risk management, progress meetings, request of quotation). Preparation of FMEA/FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis). Preparation of PSA (Part Stress Analysis). Preparation of WCA (Worst Case Analysis), EWCA and FTA (Fault Tree Analyses). Familiarity with IEC 60601. Familiarity with DO-254 and DO-160.
Production & Testing
Design of final test specifications for production. Support on Product Engineering for the specifications tuning. Test-Bench and Test equipment implementation. Support EMC/EMI and validation testing (electromagnetic compatibility aspects knowledge). Interface with test labs for basic safety and EMC testing (60601).
